Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator and users of the HamaHama app and website (the "Service"). The Service is an app that uses the camera to determine whether users are studying, records only time actually spent studying, and enables users to study with others. Because of these features, please read the limitations of measurement (Article 7) and camera rules (Article 8) carefully.

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service provided by the HamaHama operator (the "Operator"), the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users, and other necessary matters.

The Operator provides notices through one or more of the following: in-app announcements, notifications, website posts, or the user's registered email address. Notices to all users may be provided through in-app announcements or website posts instead of individual notices. However, matters that materially affect individual users' rights, such as restrictions on use, termination of the service agreement, or amendments unfavorable to users, are communicated individually through in-app notifications or the user's registered email address.
